Delete your ServiceTechIQ account

Request deletion in ServiceTechIQ

If you can sign in, open Settings → Account and choose Request Account Deletion. Confirm the request in the app. This sends an authenticated deletion request to Primal Array.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access ServiceTechIQ or have already uninstalled it, email legal@servicetechiq.com with the subject ServiceTechIQ Account Deletion Request. Include the email address used for your ServiceTechIQ account and, if known, your company or organization name.

Identity verification

We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder or otherwise confirm authority to act on the account before completing deletion.

What happens to your data

After a valid request is verified, Primal Array will delete or anonymize personal account information associated with the ServiceTechIQ account, subject to applicable law, security needs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legitimate record-retention obligations.

ServiceTechIQ is a business-to-business field-service platform. Work orders, invoices, time records, customer records, audit history, and other business records may be controlled by the subscribing organization and may need to be retained or de-identified under that organization's instructions or applicable legal, tax, accounting, employment, or security obligations. Where appropriate, identifying account information will be removed from retained records.
